All services provided by Riviera Dance Collective are delivered exclusively in a digital format. By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Because our products consist of digital choreography programs, pre-recorded video lessons, and downloadable or streamable educational content, all sales are considered final once access to the materials has been granted. However, we recognize that certain situations may require review, and we approach each request with fairness and transparency.
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
• Technical access issues
If you are unable to access the purchased content due to a verified technical error on our platform (such as broken links, corrupted files, or persistent access failure not caused by your device, internet connection, or browser), you may request assistance. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be issued.
• Duplicate purchase
If the same service was purchased more than once by mistake, and no significant portion of the content has been accessed in the duplicate order, a refund for the duplicate purchase may be granted.
• Incorrect charge or billing error
If you were charged incorrectly due to a system or payment processing error, we will investigate the issue and issue a refund where appropriate.
• Service not delivered
If the purchased digital service was not delivered or made available to you due to an internal error on our side, and access cannot be provided, a refund will be issued.
Refunds will not be granted for the following reasons:
• Change of mind after purchase
• Lack of time to complete or follow the program
• Personal preference, dissatisfaction with teaching style, choreography style, music choice, or difficulty level
• Expectation mismatch where the service description was accurate and clearly presented
• Insufficient dance experience or skill level to perform the material
• Failure to use or complete the program
• Technical issues caused by the user’s device, software, internet connection, or browser
• Partial use or completion of the digital content
Due to the nature of digital products, once access has been granted, the service is considered consumed and cannot be returned. For this reason, we strongly encourage reviewing all service descriptions carefully before completing a purchase.
Refund request conditions and process:
• All refund requests must be submitted in writing through our official contact form or support email
• Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
• Requests must include the purchaser’s name, email address used at checkout, order number, and a clear explanation of the issue
• Each request is reviewed individually, and Riviera Dance Collective reserves the right to approve or deny refunds based on the criteria above
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period determined by the payment provider.
